Privacy Policy

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of LumeNest’s website (the “Site”) and purchase of products (the “Products”)—all of which are subject to our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment policy. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

1.1 When you submit an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products. LumeNest reserves the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if Products are out of stock, or delivery address is outside COD service areas).

1.2 You will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID within 24 hours of submission. This email does not guarantee order fulfillment—final confirmation will be sent once delivery is scheduled.

1.3 You must provide accurate, complete information (name, phone number, delivery address) when placing an order. LumeNest is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

2.1 Payment Method: LumeNest only accepts cash for COD. No credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or deposits are supported at this time.

2.2 Payment Amount: You must pay the full order amount (as shown in your order confirmation) to the delivery driver upon receiving the Products. Partial payments are not accepted.

2.3 Delivery Rescheduling: If you do not have cash available on the scheduled delivery day, the driver will reschedule delivery (free of charge) to a mutually agreed date. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling.

2.4 COD Service Areas: COD is only available in eligible urban areas. You can check if your zip code is covered by entering it at checkout—orders to non-eligible areas will be automatically canceled.

3. Product Delivery

3.1 Delivery Timeline: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

3.2 Inspection at Delivery: You have the right to inspect the Products at the time of delivery. If Products are damaged, missing, or incorrect, you may refuse delivery and notify LumeNest via email (e47470035@gmail.com) within 24 hours.

3.3 Failed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order after 2 attempted deliveries, the order will be canceled, and no fees will be charged to you.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the Products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Damaged or defective Products are eligible for returns regardless of packaging.

4.2 Refund Process: For eligible returns:

  • Email e47470035@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  • LumeNest will arrange a free product pickup.
  • Refunds (issued as cash) will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned Product.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items: Customized Products (if applicable) and used/opened Products (unless defective) are not eligible for refunds.

5. Privacy & Data Use

5.1 LumeNest collects only your name, phone number, and delivery address—this data is used solely for order processing and delivery, and will be deleted after your order is completed.

5.2 We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties. All data is stored on encrypted servers to ensure security.

6. Changes to This Agreement

LumeNest may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or placement of orders will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
